ODA EXECUTIVES 2024

PRESIDENT:
Hannah Lemon

Hello everyone! My name is Hannah and I am the President of ODA for 2024. This is my fourth year with the club and my third year being on the executive team. I started dancing as an uncoordinated but very enthusiastic 4-year-old. Over the years I developed a huge passion for dance and knew that when I came to University I wanted to continue doing what I loved which is when I joined ODA. This club has been a big part of my dance journey here in Dunedin and I am beyond excited to give back to the club that has given me so much! I can't wait to get to know you all and have the best year boogieing with you!

VICE PRESIDENT:
Lucy brown

Hi my name is Lucy Brown and I’m really looking forward to being Vice Prez for 2024! ODA has become my little family over the past almost 3 years and I’m so excited to help make it super special for everyone this year. I’ve been a part of ODAPT hip hop for the past 2 years now and Hip Hop has been a huge love of mine, mostly since I realised that I lack much of the elegance for some of the other dance styles. I am going into my fourth year studying a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Theatre and am really looking forward to once again getting to participate in some of the iconic, fun and rewarding events that I have loved at ODA over the past couple of years, especially the annual showcase and continuing to teach classes.

SECRETARY:
CHarlie Butler

Kia Ora! My name is Charlie and I am the 2024 Secretary for ODA. I am a third year law and politics student with a major passion for dance, which is why I love to help the club in every way I can in my spare time. My administrative position enables me to connect with so many lovely club members while fulfilling the ‘need’ to dance that I’ve had since birth. You’ve probably received a few emails from me already - if you want to chat about dancing with our club, send us and email so we can get talking!
